It is the facility improvement for the 207th Afghan National Army (ANA) Commando Kandak at Shindand, Afghanistan which consists of construction and renovation of buildings, roads, utilities, other infrastructures and improvements to the existing site and facilities. It also includes constructing barracks with shower/latrine and storage facilities, MWR facilities, storage buildings, weapons and ammo storage, detention facility, vehicle maintenance facility , covered parking, fuel point, medical facilities extension, gravel parking, gravel roads, firing range, spot lighting, generator pad, demolition, and other improvements. The work within this project meets and is being constructed in accordance with current U.S. design and International Building Codes (IBC), Life Safety Codes (NFPA-101), Force Protection and security standards. All materials being used on this project are of commercial grade and higher. We are also providing on meetings a three-day look ahead for work to be performed and all information necessary for client to track daily activities After completing the work we will demonstrate that all mechanical and electrical systems operate to fully satisfy the function for which these systems have been planned. Moreover we also provide a twelve month warranty on all equipment, material, and workmanship after final acceptance.
